Southern Cross Hunt Club is the premier trophy whitetail deer hunting club featuring great hunting in the Low Country of South Carolina with 2,170 acres of well managed natural forest which equates to over 3 square miles of acorn producing hardwoods, food plots, clear cuts, swamps, young and mature pines across 2 properties. We enjoy 7, secluded, one-acre food plots, and 15 feeders. We have the longest hunting season in the nation, August 15th. through January 1st. with no weapon restriction and this area has been QDM managed for over 20 years. 

We welcome members who reside in Florida and North Carolina. 

History has proven that no locals constantly on the property along with a low number of member’s equates to more natural buck movement and increased choices and success. With that “no local’s” guideline, we welcome Georgia and South Carolina residents who reside outside a 2 or more hours/ 120 or more miles distance window from Ridgeland, SC. 

Time is valuable, and our club offers over 270 acres per member, 3 to 5 times the acres per member of many clubs, resulting in many animals instead of many personalities. 

In lesser priced clubs the members are many and the deer are few because the many bring so much pressure onto the property. We operate our lease with only 8 safe, friendly, and ethical members @ $5,000.00 each. We have well established, comfortable 2 person elevated and ground box blinds with rubber floors, roofs, and comfortable office chairs in easy to access strategic locations or you may use a climber and each member may establish a private stand. We experience numerous opportunities to harvest trophy deer. Full facilities campsite for your camper with water, power, and a full facility cleaning station, although most of us use the many local busy deer processors. Food plots, feeders, feeder corn, minerals, protein, campsite, utilities, and comfortable stands- everything included. My family and I are Florida residents who have hunted this area for over 30 years. We love the outdoors, and we are happy to run this lease with positive, ethical hunters who enjoy good clean family fun.
